The Mystery behind my Dreams

I dunno if I could ever figure out
The mystery behind my dreams
Sometimes I laugh in my sleep
While sometimes I hear the loudest screams

I dunno if they're based on what I want
Or whether on what i'll get
But I wish to turn out well
Who knows, nobody can bet

I dunno if they're showing me the future
Or just messin' with my head
Wonder if they'll ever come true
But it'll only happen if I get out of my bed

I dunno anything that tomorrow holds for me
As I daydream about butterflies and ice creams
Wondering about the nights when I subconsciously dream
And what those dreams will ever mean
