When applying via our system, you may also provide other information which particular company using our services requires. All these data is stored and collected on our Website as well. The information you may be requested to submit may include (but is not limited to): Name, Address, Email Address, Telephone Number, Passport and other ID details, Date of Birth, academic and educational backgrounds and interests, hobbies, poems etc.

There are 2 (two) different types of users of our Website, as follows: (1) Users as Subscribers, (2) Users as Participants.
Below are descriptions for each type of user so you can determine what category of user applies to you.
Users as Subscribers may sign up in our website using their email and password. Each user will receive a personal account page and may change the details provided during subscription or add new ones. Subscribed users may use our “APPLY ONLINE” feature and apply to different opportunities worldwide using our platform. Each user may save announcements in their favorites and receive deadline reminder about each one. All user activities are tracked on our website.
Users as Participants will receive administrative account and will be able to track each other’s text and video uploads connected to their participant account. Also Participant Account owners can receive comments from subscribed users, view those comments and download all feedback. Participant Account owners may become online paying customers and pay online to get their announcements posted on our website.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
