When the cob-webs of all vile and masochistic concept be blown away,
Then I think it will be possible for Earth to be more of a Heaven getaway.
When the spotlight is on individuals who masks their thorns with roses,
I hope we can mull on revolution
And let them get a grip of realistic vision.
Politics has become the art
of keeping working class eternally oppressed;
But,I look forward to the day
When people do not think that places must get smashed
to pieces before anyone learns anything the right way.
I'm still an idealist who believes in the innate goodness of man,
Of his triumphing in some small way over the inborn evil of man,
And the possibility of everybody helping each other,
and working harder, getting together
To make the world better.
But, progression has slipped out of our grasp,
The ranting demon has had it's say
Could we go back to April 18,1930 'good friday'?
And just hear the music play?
And hear all journalists saying, "There is no news today."
