I Can't Count Tears

By Pankaj Chorai

I can't count tears, with lump in my throat,
I wish I could fix the time and keep it afloat.

The time I will always hate,
That took away from me your fate.

I waited for nine months,
With memories and planning at all fronts.

But you just gave us a day,
Daunting, shaking, making fall a castle of clay.

Wherever you may be,
My umbrella of blessings with you always shall be.

Since then I never wanted Dawn to appear,
May always hover the sky unclear.
Never want flower to bloom,
May I headed by clouds of Doom and gloom.....
