Prisha Agarwal – Delhi Poetry Slam

Prisha Agarwal

Hailing from a small town in West Bengal, Prisha Agarwal spends her days learning about the human body as a dedicated medical student and her evenings writing poems that encapsulate her life experiences as an aspiring poet.

Through her verses, Prisha explores the delicate emotions of sadness, friendship, hope, and the bittersweet nature of memories. Her poems delve into the complexities of human connections, capturing both the joy and sorrow that come with relationships and time. Often reflective and poignant, Prisha’s work resonates deeply with those who have experienced the fleeting beauty of friendships and the quiet yearning for lost moments.

When not studying or writing, she enjoys nature walks and classical dance, finding inspiration in the quiet moments of everyday life. She can be found on Instagram: @poeticemotions7

She was chosen from among thousands of applicants to be part of the World Poetry Project 2025. Her poems were subsequently published in Across Latitude & Language, a global anthology showcasing the works of all participants of WPP 2025.
