Nandini Tandon began her poetic journey in Class 1, when her first poem was published in her school magazine. What started as a simple hobby quickly grew into a cherished passion, as her poems continued to find a place in the school magazine almost every year. Over time, writing poetry became more than just a pastime—it became a powerful way for her to express her thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
One of her proudest moments as a poet came when her work was featured in the Wingword Poetry Prize anthology, where she was selected among the top 500 poets. That achievement fueled her desire to share her voice with a wider audience. With this book, she is thrilled to finally present her poems to readers around the world.
Nandini is deeply grateful for the unwavering support she has received throughout her journey. She would especially like to thank her family for being her constant cheerleaders, and most importantly, her mother, whose unconditional love and strength have been the true pillars of her creative life.
