Jahnavi Gouri Panicker

Jahnavi Gouri Panicker ia a 16 year old author, poetess and teen blogger. She is a voracious reader and believes that books have the power to change the world even in this AI era. She loves travelling and writing. She spends her spare time in dancing, singing, reading, listening music and enjoying nature. As a child she spent her life in Kerala, Bangalore and Delhi in India. Now she is in 12th class at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Mehta Vidyalaya, New Delhi. You can visit her online at www.love13reading.wordpress.com

Her published works include a short novel ‘A Fresh Dewdrop in Tanjavur’, a short collection of poetry ‘Starving for words- A book for poetic minds’, Child literature ‘If they Knew’ etc. She got published online on spillwords platform also. Writing has come to her before the teenage phase and she fell in love with it. As most of her childhood days were spent with her grandparents in countryside, life taught her to appreciate nature and makes her think of cities as an unkind and lifeless place.

Jahnavi was chosen from among thousands of applicants to be part of the World Poetry Project 2025. Her poems were subsequently published in Across Latitude & Language, a global anthology showcasing the works of all participants of WPP 2025.
