Anjandev Roy was born on January 9, 1973, in the small village of Barkona in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal, India.
He completed both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English literature from the University of Burdwan. Currently, he teaches English at Oari High School in Purba Bardhaman.
Anjandev has loved writing poetry since childhood, finding it a divine source of profound inspiration. The beauty of nature creates wonderful ripples in his poetic imagination, and he writes with immense joy and pleasure. His poems are basically philosophical and thought-provoking.
