In a world where mansplaining fills the air,
And talks are led by ego’s snare,
When men are left unchecked, adrift,
No one to guide them, no one to lift,
Women rise, with purpose clear,
To accelerate action, to shift the gear.
In the silence of stagnation, they speak,
A force unyielding, steady, unique.
Not a choice, but a pressing need,
For the world to move, for the heart to speed.
Organizations saw, with keen insight,
Without women’s strength, there’d be no light.
They wear many hats, in the thick of the fight,
Performing under pressure, with fierce might.
Through adversity’s storm, they stand tall,
Bringing empathy, the cornerstone of it all.
Time and again, they’ve proved their worth,
Accelerating change, transforming the earth.
For women don’t wait for the world to align,
They step up, create, and redefine.
So when ego fills the air, when talk runs dry,
Women accelerate action, they’ll never shy.
Through every challenge, they’ve made it clear,
That it’s women who fuel the world’s forward gear.
