A phenomenon I just learned today.
So familiar to life no one could see. Vitreous humor they say.
From staying firm to support the eye's shape to changing its form and starting to sway.
Something no one can see or knows what it is until it starts to show symptoms that scare.
Something that goes back to its original way with a little bit of treatment and help.
It's so similar to mental health which we all ignore until it starts to affect us physically.
Something which can get better but we differ to say.
It's another thing we cannot see but it is there.
It's another thing we don't think exists until it starts to ware.
From not believing their existence to taking them seriously we have a long way to go.
It's a long route to recovery and a difficult one too.
The recovery will be worth it, I hope you stay.
