Three Brothers,
Tall, Medium and Short.
Tall was wise and steady.
Medium was nice and greedy.
And short was lazy and dazed.
Tall adored short and medium,
and their concerns of life.
Short needed Tall as he was young and mild.
He thought of Medium as capable and nice.
Going on with the grapples of life,
Tall decided to marry.
So did Medium and Short.
Seeing Tall adore Short and living a prosperous life,
A seed of resentment bore into Medium's mind.
He thought everyday "Why not I?"
Alas, Medium was sleazy,
Had no qualms of probity.
With no tenderness for others and a selfish "I",
Rescinding his brothers' love and nullifying their life.
He charmed people with words, playing deceitful ploys.
He wanted them at his command, fabricating lies.
He started praying to God in the pursuit of "I".
He remained the same but progressive to his mind.
Regressing Short's life and Tall's state of mind.
With an indifferent tone and a sweet smile.
He told them "What's in wealth when family is all I cry for?"
He thought the throne was his,
In his crippling body and mind.
He bore three children,
And taught them his way of life.
Gave them the same fate,
A regressive mind and a hypocrite's life.
Damning their only life with his sleazy, greedy and crippling mind.
