Spirituality is an experiential science,
Understanding its concepts need a little bit of alliance;
This poem tries to do the same,
Let’s explore what it offers down the lane;
So, let’s try to understand the deep essence of this serenity,
In a way very relatable to understanding any mathematical mystery;
Just as, Let A=B, is the hypotheses which has to be first assumed to prove any theorem,
In the same way Spirituality acts a troubleshooter in life, is the truth we need to adopt to solve this interesting problem;
Experiencing after experimenting is the mantra which will lead us a way farther,
And gradually we will realize the value of this beautiful offer;
It means that firstly, we need to trust the process,
Results will then follow gradually leading us to the right address;
Every question is new in our life’s trigonometry,
Right guidance from a mentor is required to travel this trajectory;
Learning this geometry requires a consistent practice of spiritual endeavors,
So that we are able to win the game when we are out of sight of our tutor;
Our homework is to read the scriptures,
Knowledge of which gives our problems a quick fixture;
Selfless service is just like preparing a practical model,
Others also get motivated on this path with this creative cradle;
Right theorem has to be applied to solve a specific question,
Let’s take an example of application of compassion;
Kindness is required by the ones truly in need,
But application has to be restricted when injustice is happening to someone indeed;
If a court magistrate applies compassion for a person with mischief,
Then how can he justify the authenticity of his deed;
The same situation Arjuna had to face in ‘The Bhagwat Geeta’ Chapter one,
When he had to kill his relatives in the war ahead which costed his closed ones;
He was not ready to fight the war,
But Krishna guided him to fight for righteousness and lift his armor according to the spiritual law;
Main fight was for the injustice the opposing sect had created,
Handing over the reign of kingdom to whom would have always been badly regretted;
Thus, understanding spirituality is just like learning mathematics,
Applying the right technique helps in solving life’s complicated quadratics;
So why not try to delve into this age-old Vedic wisdom,
May be, this new venture one day rides us to a picturesque destination.
