"The Silent Power"

(Context: This poem stems from my journey of enduring and overcoming challenges in relationships. Despite the pain and turmoil, I chose silence and patience over reaction, believing that true strength lies in mastering my emotions rather than controlling others. It is a reflection of inner resilience and the silent power within every woman.) 

I am a powerful woman!
I practice mastering my thoughts and emotions, not others!

I practice keeping silent, though with a little agitation in my mind,
whenever I am maltreated by someone very close to me!

I practice not to react, though with a little reaction in my mind,
whenever I am shouted at by someone who resides in my heart!

I practice contemplation, though with a little confusion,
whenever I am bombarded by a chain of reactions from my dearest one!

I practice remaining highly observant, though with a little distraction,
whenever I am accused for no reason by blood relatives!

I am a powerful woman,
because I believe in practicing to boost my mental and emotional strength rather than boosting materialistic powers like money, name, fame, and so on!

I am a powerful woman!
I practice mastering my thoughts and emotions, not others!
I choose to practice mastering my own thoughts and emotions, not others.
I choose not to restrict myself to materialistic powers only.

I am a powerful woman within.
I am a powerful woman inside out.
Yes, I am a powerful woman.

Message for all women:
May all the women on this earth practice to improve their emotional and mental strength and not to restrict yourselves to materialistic powers only!
