The Never-Ending Enough

By Megha Nathani

From A to Z
To all the scribbled words on our shirts.
From not being able to say anything
To finally be silent, 'cause we are unheard.
From life as a blossom
To an adult with responsibilities.
From being a generation
To create a new one.

From family
To the external world.
From making promises
To their maintaining.
Doesn't matter if it's a friend
Or our own self,

We often forget
The baggage on our shoulders.
From deep within our hearts
To our physical attire.
From biology chapters
To the actual feel of private parts.
Numbness,
Soreness,
Collected and thrown as if in a dump yard.
We are all just trying, trying, and trying
To at least be enough.

But we can't!

  • This is not just a poem but a deep dive into practicality and the influence of responsibility’s in once life.

  • This poem feels like a quiet scream raw honest and deeply human.
It captures the journey from innocence to responsibility with such unfiltered truth showing how growth often comes with silence numbness and invisible weight The imagery flows naturally from childhood to adulthood body to soul making the reader feel seen. It doesnt try to decorate pain it acknowledges it and that’s what makes it powerful. A beautifully brave piece that reminds us how hard were all trying even when enough feels out of reach.
