The Lost Soul

By Himabhri Tewatia

Oh no! He fell down again,
Only a fool can be so blind to the truth.
His eyes filled with tears too precious for the world,
Only a fool could bear such sorrow in vain.
A burden he is, too heavy for this world,
An outcast, a pariah.
His struggle is useless, endless, and cruel.
Only a fool could be so lost,
Only a fool could be so lost.
