 Back in 1929, a girl was born
 the divinity in her voice is still a mystery 
 but continues to adorn
 the music industry
 
 Heroes come and go
 but legends remain forever.
 An era has ended with the demise of Lata Mangeshkar 
 whom generations will remember
 
 Mesmerizing billions with her voice,
 spellbinding them with her musicality,
 she would be known as 'The Nightingale of India' till eternity 
 
 Only the body has gone,
 the soul still persists
 and will continue to do so
 until the melody and manifestation coexist
 
 Embodiment of emotions 
 Incarnation of Goddess Saraswati
 left an indelible mark on the minds of people
 who laughed,cried and felt her sanctity
 
 Now that she has gone 
 to the world better than this
 where the light of divine and glory of divinity coalesce
 Our hearts feel the anguish
 May she rest in peace, that's only we can wish
