When I look up to morning sky,
The Sun appears, so bold and high.
It gives its light, it spreads its heat,
And wakes the world with steady beat.
It makes the flowers rise and smile,
It walks the Earth, mile after mile.
Like that great Sun, I wish to grow,
To shine with truth, to gently glow.
It speaks to me with golden face:
“Live with courage, move with grace.
Your light is born from inner flame,
Walk with dharma, not for fame.”
And when the day begins to fall,
Another light comes, calm and small.
The Moon walks slowly through the sky,
Like mother’s hand, so soft and shy.
It has no light, yet still it glows,
Reflects the Sun in gentle flows.
It teaches me with quiet smile,
To stay in peace, to rest awhile.
It waxes full, it wanes to thin,
Just like the moods I feel within.
Some days I rise, some days I break,
But every phase has truth to make.
I learn to love my changing mind,
To let things go, and still be kind.
The Moon reminds, with silent art,
That change is part of human heart.
Then comes the Day with noise and speed,
With busy hands and every need.
I walk and run, I work and try,
To chase the dreams that fly so high.
But in that rush, the Day still says:
“Don’t lose your soul in worldly race.
Do all your work, but stay aware,
That inner peace is greater care.”
And Night, you come in silent grace,
With stars upon your darkened face.
You give me sleep, you give me rest,
And hold my thoughts inside your chest.
You bring the dreams I cannot find,
You heal the wounds inside the mind.
You show me things I fear to see,
But still you stand, so close to me.
You teach me faith, you teach me trust,
To leave my worries in the dust.
You hold my hands in silent prayer,
And teach me how to just be there.
So now I see, with open sight,
That Sun and Moon, and Day and Night —
They live in me, they show the way,
In every step, in every day.
They whisper soft with voice so kind:
“In joy or loss, do not be blind.
Accept the dark, embrace the light,
Both hold the truth, both guide you right.”
So I will rise with morning breeze,
And sleep with Night in quiet peace.
In Day I’ll work, in Night I’ll dream,
And flow like one eternal stream.
For life is not one single side,
It moves like tides, it turns with time.
And Sun and Moon will walk with me —
As My light, my shade, my destiny.
