A single soul under a thousand twinklers,
Dots that embellish the dark blue.
He lingers in doubt, bufuddled;
"Are the ones brighter communicating?",
"Or have the dimmer ones lost their brilliance in pursuit?".
The stars in a dance ;
smirk in a courteous way
like a gentleman to a clueless child,
unaware of the bitterness ahead.
