Yes, I'm a small town kid, And I'm a little timid,
But at least i am not that rigid.
What if I am from a small town,
Does that gives you right to bring me
down?
Whenever I hear "Oh that small town girl",
Something inside me breaks down.!
Why can't we all be friends I ask myself,
I get my answers looking at their "Town Crown"
We don't shop at Zara, coffee at starbucks,
And live in at a cool apartment,
But we too have heart
Filled with attachment.
O muma, why they tease my small town as village,
Not everybody in the world is born with that privilege.
And I am here to give you this message,
That we are the one you should acknowledge, Instead of discourage.
