Sion & Litton

By Siya K Barshikar

Once there was a girl called Sion
who was as fierce as a lion.
But her little sister litton
was a cute little kitten.

Sion wanted to feed the horses hay
and Litton wanted to stay inside and play.
'No, no, no,' Litton cried.
'No raising voices,' Mom started to chide.

Litton started to pout
and Sion started to shout.
Litton kicked Sion's shin
and Sion pricked her with a pin.

'Enough,' said Mom, with a dangerous tone,
'otherwise none of you will get games on my phone!'
Sion and litton stopped fighting and
and then began apology writing.

Here's what Sion's note said-
Sorry Litton, I will give you a piece of my bread.
Here's what Litton wrote-
I am sorry if I ripped your coat.

They said sorry to each other
and to their mother.
They both agreed to go to the mall
to buy balls and princess dolls.
