Screamed, Survived, and Smiled 💔

By Narayani Gupta

Born on 13/09/2002 after midnight
Soul born where past deeds died,
Path arrived when inner light aligned,
But,
Unknown by what god decides.

At eleven, learned roots lay elsewhere,
But,
She stayed, where she got bloomed by love and care.

A girl, breathing away from shadows sweet deceits,
She walked through crowd, unseen and untouched,
But,
Met with people, yet her silence greets what no one treats.

Childhood felt complete, danced to a beautiful beat,
Even though not many friendships were at her feet,
Laughed louder, smiled freely,
But,
Little girl didn't know what was coming her to greet.

Titanic love came too early, but left out loud,
He disappeared ,ache stayed and bruised her heart,
But,
Laughter never gone, nonetheless, her heart wept in crowd.

Stepped into adulthood, expected real friendship but not rented,
She gave them love, but they only pretended,
Leaned on her, till their sorrow was ended,
But,
One soul never left, when the noise drifted.

Destined love held her love and spirit tight,
Weakened by distance but strengthened with insight,
Love cracked, bled so many times,
But,
Held her hand through every dark night.

Now, girl not little anymore, guided by grace,
She Rises with purpose, her calling embraced.
And now she waits,
For what life holds ahead?.
