They always said
Respect your elders!
It made me wonder
Who created this blunder?
Always respect the elder
And who put the younger ones under?
I have always felt
You earn your respect
No matter elder or younger
It's time to introspect
No respect for elders who disrespect
Earn it to accept
It is an ethic to be well kept.
When you respect one another
You earn it brother
And if you are rude
They will think if you as a mannerless dude
You will keep on brood
Why carry on the feud?
Just act like a responsible person
Remember you are the one
Reciprocate with mannerisms
Stop the conservatisms
Acting like a jerk
Doesn't make you cool
Ethics & morals don't make you a fool
Go old school
And follow the rule
It's not cruel
To respect even the mule
It will shape your character
And build your personality
Just respect the originality
Change your mentality
Grow the morality!
