Ping Pong Ball – Delhi Poetry Slam

Ping Pong Ball

By Richa Grover

There is a weight i carried unaware,
I thought I am just working do not care
Never realised I became a Machine,
Until it broke down, lost in routine

One day it's like continuous working, not stopping like a Ping Pong Ball
Another glued to bed and not getting up at all

People saw me chasing my dreams,
unaware how much inside, I Scream

The Screams, I only heard, Ignoring lying to my self my vision is blurred.
Yet kept bouncing like a Ping pong ball, un-stirred.
