Mother's Reflection: A Symphony Within Me

By Sudhir Saini

It’s you, totally you in me — it’s just you.
The reflection in the mirror is me — just seems so you.

Misery is all over, trying hard to get rid of it in vain.
Clouds keep changing color time and again,
Sailing in the desert of pain — when is it going to rain?

It’s you, totally you in me — it’s just you.
The reflection in the mirror is me — just seems so you.

With a little here-there, now and then, making me frightened,
Taking it as easy as I can — without you, life has become so plain.

It’s you, totally you in me — it’s just you.
The reflection in the mirror is me — just seems so you.

Still searching for you from every single morning to noon.
Tried so hard, but don't even see a shadow of you when it's moon.
It’s simply true... tried hard, fooled, counterattacked my brain.

It’s you, totally you in me — it’s just you.
The reflection in the mirror is me — just seems so you.
