Inbox Zero, Soul Full – Delhi Poetry Slam

Inbox Zero, Soul Full

By Dr Dipa Mitra

Emails flood in,
a tidal wave of urgency.
Messages ping relentlessly,
notifications beg to be noticed.
You clear them
one by one.
Inbox zero—a small triumph,
a fleeting relief.
But when was the last time
You found the inbox of your soul?
Unread joys lie hidden,
starred dreams long ignored,
Your head is filled with spams, fear.
Clear them too.
Read the joys.
Revisit the dreams.
Mark hope as your priority.
Inbox zero is nothing,
if your spirit is cluttered.
