All of the wise beings
at all times of light and dark,
tell me that
I should accept
everything that's been told to me,
I should bear
all the wounds from my shattered dreams.
Out of the million hues
painting the world
You and he can choose
a hundred or a thousand
and my only choice, ONE.
The one that was chosen
by you, for me.
All of this is since
my feet cannot feel the Earth?
All of this is because
I walk on wheels?
They say my dreams can
only be crushed under their weight.
I know, though,
my dreams will be racing
on these very wheels
across streets and countries,
known and unknown.
Fetter me as much as you like,
what will those physical chains
do to my audacity,
they will only melt
in this burning furnace.
I will not, and shall not
accept some fate as a victim
I will write a saga
of bravery and boldness,
intelligence and strength.
Come what may, my way,
for I know I can figure out
the solution to any problem.
As long as I shall remember
to trust my capability,
my feet will never touch the ground,
since my wheels will
soar higher and higher,
into tomorrow,
into endless skies,
into a beautiful future.
Really a heart touching poetry we loved it
