Deep down you know,
You are searching for a soul,
To understand you.
You had gone through perils,
Through high and lows.
Your words come echoing
Through the hollow tavern.
"You are not welcome here"
Says this and that person
They judge you like
You are the fault.
Faulty person, misfit
In this world,
Because you know too much.
But after all that turmoil
You still think that
Someone will understand you,
Understand your broken pieces.
So you try,
You hope,
Because hope never dies,
It flickers through the darkest
Of hours.
And you rely, rely on yourself.
It’s is a very nice poem. I like to read all the poems.
