I found myself on the rocking chair,
A second later I wasn't there!
I went off to a river flowing,
My curiosity growing and growing!
A moment later a dense jungle so far and wide
With lions and tigers, I just couldn't move aside!
Tiny birds, insects and butterflies
Flew about many miles!
I ran away to a granny's hut,
With a strange feeling in my gut
A blink later I was back in the chair,
Only to find out that I was lost in a book
The whole way there!!

Innocence in this poem is the heart of it and i could feel you. You definetly have amazing talent and i am sure you will keep expressing yourself and we get a chance to relive such moments with you. Kudos!
Everyone is actually “lost” in today’s fast paced AI dominated world… and suddenly like a ray of sunshine being lost in the pages of a book felt like bliss. I loved your writing Anvitha for its simplicity and for the deeper message it conveys. Beautiful and profound.
