There’s something gentle about the evenings. The wind blew through my hair and face, taking away yesterday's pain and leaving me with the answers I once thought were in vain. I was looking up at the sky hoping one day it all comes together to which I reminded myself that I was broken into pieces that once were together. Suddenly I saw a bunch of birds flying together and I said to myself that what I was looking for had always been in me altogether. The different colors of the sky reminded me of the different versions of myself that were indifferent to each other only to be found searching for each other. The birds had started looking for their homes as they feared the darkness that was coming might make them lose sight of their home. As I watched the sun go down and the moon comes up, I realised sometimes you have to go down to let someone up.
