I saw her first time
She looked awesome and fine
I greeted her heartily
And took my seat slowly
She was charming and authentic
Her style was full of technique
I just couldn't take my eyes off
She looked like a doll, cute and soft
Her smile made me forget the world
Her hair were beautifully curled
I was there staring
She suddenly said, "I know I am charming"
We chuckled with laughter
The laugh broke the staring chapter
Life looked a piece of cake with her
I just wished I could stay longer
She was majestic and beautiful
In her 80s she looked wonderful
The charm I can never forget
If not met, I would have had a regret
A Bharatnatyam dancer
She blossomed like a flower
Despite her hardships
The talent in her didn't hid
Salute to the lovely lady
Being a cancer patient she smiled daily
Since age of 40 she took
Hand in hand cancer and dance in every look
Where there is a will there is way
Her spirit feared death away
Being sad is the easiest way
Hardest is to shine with hope every day
Life might be rough
But letting ourselves live is not tough
Live for yourself as if it's your last day
Do this, it's not just to say.
