The second we breathe our first breath,
We realize that the world isn’t as safe as our mother’s womb.
We’re gradually conditioned to breathe in polluted ideologies,
And we’re forced to live by the rotten principles of the society.
Although, there is extensive advancement in all areas,
We’re still set back emotionally and experience shortened breath.
Undoubtedly, there are duties laid on mankind since the beginning.
But immersed in duties, we forgot to be kind to each other.
The earth is warming up but we’re still cold to each other; both are human atrocities.
Food, water, and shelter are no longer our basic needs,
We’re creating new basic needs every day,
And at night we wonder about the purpose of life and look for a way out when we find none.
We often hear people have taken their life,
They didn't take their life; they left behind a wonderful life indeed,
Left all the wonderful experiences they could have witnessed,
Good or bad, it feels great to experience some times,
Cause sometimes, good times feel great, but bad times turn you great,
Why do you have to leave an opportunity to witness this life?
Harsh words fade away in time,
Hatred fades away in time,
All you need to do is align yourself with time and keep moving ahead.
There's no room for worry when you can keep on wandering,
Keep on surviving with an inch of hope every time you feel hopeless,
You'll discover how beautiful this life is if you live one moment at a time.
This life is a beautiful landscape painting with hills and valleys,
You're a unique stroke in the painting.
It's up to you to go trekking and explore the ups and downs.
It could be scary valleys or lonely hills,
You have the invaluable God-given gift – breath,
Keep on crawling as long as you have it.
