Beginning of my writing journey
I wanted to write a poem
But I thought I couldn't
Thoughts flowed in my mind
But I thought I couldn't
I wanted to write a poem
But I thought I couldn't
Imagination swirled around
But I thought I couldn't
Ideas grew bigger and bigger
But I thought I couldn't
Words were no longer a restriction
But I thought I couldn't
Fire evoked in the belly
But I thought I couldn't
On a paper I also scribbled
But I thought I couldn't
Erased what I had written
Again, I thought I couldn't
Don't know what stopped me
But I thought I couldn't
My friend came to my place
We sat together and she listened
To what I thought I couldn't
She said don't stop! you shouldn’t!
Pour your heart on the paper
Please don't stop, no you shouldn’t!
I poured out on all my imagination
No hesitation, no worries, no restriction
Because she said don't stop! you shouldn’t!
Thats what I needed, a motivation
A true friend gave me an inspiration
And finally, I wrote a poem
Which I thought I couldn't
If she did not arrive, I wouldn't
Very deep and thoughtful tai ! More power to you. Please keep doing the poetry !
