Let me enter into this darkness,
this silence,
my alone-ness!

Let me leave at the threshold, 
all the numbness,
all denials,
every escape!

Let me reach every contour of each ache and hurt.
Each remorse and pain,
the anecdotes of being me!

Let me un-knot the what and how,
who and where,
when and why!

Let me find my colours in this darkness.
My deep breath in this silence,
a piece of me, one at a time!
