Women leaders over fifty are still few and far between.
The ones who made it are role models, voices clear-
Shaping the future, theirs and others’, without fear.
These leaders climb the ladder on a global stage,
Writing bold new chapters in their golden age.
From financial independence to freedom’s sweet song,
They pave the way.. proving their naysayers wrong.
Equity matters.
Let’s aim for fifty-fifty-
In pay and work, fair and strong.
For we are shaping companies and economies
Where all belong.
Resilient, mentally strong, they rise from each fall-
With high emotional quotient, they are standing tall.
But let us not forget the male allies who stay true-
Champions whose support helps these women through.
This is a tribute to triumph, a salute to grace-
To women leaders, who now take their place.
Lead on. Rise higher. And pay it forward too-
The future is brighter because of you.
