Fear sits, shivering and lost, seeking a comforting touch,
Anger storms, blaming all, unaware it hurts too much.
Happiness strives, juggling it all, but struggles to stay strong,
While sadness waits, silent and unseen, crying a silent song.
Anxiety whispers, a constant noise, hard to shut out,
Jealousy lingers, quietly watching, trying not to shout.
And hate, kept in shadows, untouched, unspoken, unseen,
But why not embrace them all, with kindness, tenderness and love
Hold anger's hand, soothe its rage, let it slowly untie,
Let fear find peace, a gentle hand to guide.
Talk to sadness, hear its voice, let it speak of its pain,
Give anxiety a warm embrace, ease its racing brain.
Help jealousy see its worth, in its own unique light,
And instead of ignoring hate, let's heal with love's might.
For in these emotions, both big and small, lies our path to heal,
They help us grow, to learn, and help us live a journey that's true and real
