Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: The World is One Family

VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM

VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM

In a little town with roads made of tar,
Lived people and animals, near and far.
A little girl gazed at the vast blue sky,
Humming softly, with a twinkle in her eye

"Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam," she began to sing,
"The world is one family, and not just some things.
Like the flowers and trees, birds and bees,
We share the earth, the air, and the seas.

In my little garden, where I play and roam,
Ants work together, making the Earth their home.
Birds sing in chorus, at dawn's first light,
Reminding us all, that we're family, so everything will be alright.

My friend from far, with skin not like mine,
Shares her sweets with me, with her heart so fine.
We laugh and play, in the sun and the rain,
As in our hearts, we know, we are the same.

The rivers and mountains, the valleys and hills,
Are so beautiful and rich, yet without frills.
'The earth is our mother,' my grandma said,
In her stories every night, just before bed.

So let's hold our hands, and make a start,
With love and kindness, in every heart.
For in this big world, so huge and vast,
We are all one family, right from the past.

So let's learn to live,
To care, share, love, and give.
For this little planet, so beautiful and bright,
Is our one big home, our delight."

With dreams in her eyes, under the big, blue sky,
The girl smiled wide, her face full of joy.
For in her heart, she knew it was true,
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, for me and you!
Lived people and animals, near and far.
A little girl gazed at the vast blue sky,
Humming softly, with a twinkle in her eye

"Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam," she began to sing,
