If life is a maze, I have seen the exit and turned away from it.
If life is a maze, I have walked several paths and yet, lost my way.
If life is a garden maze, I have plucked the petals, envisaged the beauty,
Let the thorns prick me, as I have lost myself in the beauty and gazed
Upon the colours, mourned my loss on the change of course,
Wrapped myself in the softness of petals, and slept till the ray pinches.
If life is a mirror maze, I've seen odd shapes, tried to find my true face,
Lost myself in who to be and what truly I could be.
If life is a mirror maze, I've smashed the glass, dipped in crimson red,
Seen endless images with nothing to apprehend.
If life is a mirror maze, I've distorted my vision, danced with virtual self, caught up in illusion.
Wonderful poem, life is a complex and challenging journey, full of twists and turns, much like a maze.
