By Seema
The night is still, frozen and placid,
Even the heart beats bear no sound.
The castle of "us" is tearing away,
Levitating off trust, it's leaving the ground.
The flowers of "us" , have withered long ago,
Only my eyes couldn't see, being too blind.
You were adroit to play in the name of love,
Bruising my heart, my body and my mind.
Darkest of the dejection shielding certitude of my dreams,
Unaware that this love was encompassing it's twilight.
Blanched by your perjuries and the promises of myths,
Am knitting the pieces of me, all by myself tonight.
Great writing ma’am…
