Kakoli Roy
She searches for words to write,
Agitated and annoyed,
She scribbles something,
Tear the pages,
Crumbles them,
Burns the pages alive,
No more holding the tears,
She breaks down,
The saltiness of her tears
Tastes every bit of
Tremors building inside her,
The wind blows past her ears,
Strands of her hair fall in the way of
Her weary eyes from the sleepless nights,
The anguish smothered her,
All the desperate attempts
To run away from her awful thoughts,
Failed,
The negativity surrounds her,
She seeks for peace now,
Peace with her own thoughts,
With the growing despodency
Every passing moment,
The longing to get to the
Refuge of tranquility
Seems difficult for her,
If peace wasn't transient,
Only if, peace had price tags,
She would trade her thoughts
With peace everytime.
