When the Hunter's relentless quest
Ended in a frenzied narcissistic dance
The Prey stood with the listless sentiment of pain and shame.
Darkness dwarfed their past.
Their voices no longer reached for their emotions.
The shadows of their past stopped lagging behind.
Then the destiny decided,
to exchange their roles of being a Hunter and a Prey.
Time smiled at the intresting impersonation.
Sometimes, Heartbreak becomes,
an unfaithful episode
in the general book of life.
