Oh Nature!

By Rashmi Nawani

Nature oh nature where are thy charms.
Where are those sparkling butterflies,
Where are those trees of palm?
Where is that beautiful ferocious solitary cat.
Where are those recoilings monk?
I miss that scenic tranquillity.
I miss that melancholy of nightingale and its songs.
That cool and peaceful breeze.
Those sweet fruits on trees.
Those sad moments I spent in the lap of Mother Gaia.
She just snatch all the tention
All the hustle and bustle of my soul
And keeps me in the calm.
I can hear those waves and beautiful sound from shells.
Which keeps inspiring me to reach to the place I deserve to be there.
The nature is serene.
The nature is quiet.
Coz mother Giaia cannot destroy her own little broods
That hurts her quiet.

  • This is so nostalgic. I myself have seen, numerous changes happening around me. Many things, were there and now, nowhere to be found.
