DREAMSCAPING

VIDYASREE BINDU

Today,
I dreamt about you
In new colurs.
Of them all
I loved that
Hue of your thoughts.

You were laughing
And shaking head,
Sending small beads of
Translucent hopes
All around.

So beautiful it was,
I tried catching some
And I remember
The burn they gave,
Each time I touched one.

And one
by one
They
Went on falling
Until none were left.

Before fading away,
I saw
The familiar azure
That the hopes spread.
It was deep,
It was glowing,
It was everything but
Blue.
